Tipsy turvy

Some amazing stuff happened today. We had gone off to finalise the deal at malad that sushant mentioned in the last post. And we ran into this owner who was apparently a simpleton. He started off about wanting cash as the deposit.

I had all of these hindi movie types scenes in my head ... two young turks come to mumbai to start bijness ... all their freakin money is taken by some guy who promises them a place to stay ... and voila ... the guy is not to be found any more.

So we gave some crap about not being able to give cash.

Apparently the guy refused to work on a cheque. And so the deal fell through.

So then we asked for our token money back. Aur ye estate agent generally bitha ke rakhaa hai!! Waiting for the client to return the money.

In this situation we used our new secret weopen. Oops! Sorry guys ... as I mentioned the weopen is a secret ... so no talks about that here ... but maybe i could drop a hint ...
